Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, jilid processes your personal data on the following legal bases:

• Contractual Necessity: Processing required to perform our contract with you — i.e., to operate your jilid account, process payments, and deliver gaming services.
• Legal Obligation: Processing required to comply with applicable Philippine laws, including AML regulations, PAGCOR licensing conditions, and tax reporting obligations.

All third-party service providers engaged by jilid are required to process your personal data only on jilid's instructions and in accordance with applicable data protection laws. jilid does not transfer personal data outside the Philippines except where necessary and subject to appropriate safeguards.

jilid retains your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. The following general retention periods apply:

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, jilid will securely delete or anonymize your personal data. Where anonymization is not technically feasible, jilid will restrict processing of the data until deletion is possible.

jilid implements a comprehensive set of technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or destruction. These measures include:

jilid uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate the platform, remember your preferences, analyze usage, and deliver relevant content. The following types of cookies are used:

The jilid platform is strictly intended for individuals who are 21 years of age or older, in accordance with Philippine law governing casino-style gaming. jilid does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

If jilid becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, we will immediately suspend the associated account, delete the personal data, and void any transactions associated with that account. Any winnings accrued by an underage player will be forfeited.

jilid reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable law, or regulatory requirements. When material changes are made, jilid will notify registered players via email and/or a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.
