These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jilid ("jilid," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at jilid.app. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the jilid platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the jilid platform and close your account. Continued use of jilid following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and maintain an account on jilid, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine law for participation in casino-style gaming activities.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You are accessing jilid from a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful and permitted.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of jilid, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from jilid or any other gaming platform under a self-exclusion program that remains in effect.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or entity when registering or placing wagers.

jilid reserves the right to decline registration or suspend an existing account if, in our reasonable judgment, a player does not meet the eligibility criteria set out above.

To access jilid's gaming services, you must create a player account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You further agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

One Account Policy: Each individual may hold only one active jilid account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password and update it regularly.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Notify jilid immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

jilid will never contact you to request your password via any channel. Any communication purporting to be from jilid that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

jilid supports a range of payment methods approved for use in the Philippines. All financial transactions on the platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise stated.

Accepted Payment Methods:

• GCash e-wallet
• Maya (formerly PayMaya) e-wallet
• Philippine bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank)
• Debit card (Visa/Mastercard debit issued by a Philippine bank)

Deposits: Deposits are generally credited to your jilid account within minutes of a successful transaction. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. Processing times vary by payment method but jilid endeavors to process all approved withdrawal requests within 24–72 hours. jilid reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before releasing funds.

You may only withdraw funds that represent genuine gaming activity. Depositing funds without genuine intent to wager — commonly known as "bonus abuse" or "money laundering" — is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

jilid offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms by reference.

General Bonus Conditions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and may not be transferred.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, household, IP address, or device, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Wagering requirements are stated clearly in each offer's specific terms.
• jilid reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any modification does not adversely affect bonuses already credited to player accounts.
• Bonuses may not be used in conjunction with other offers unless explicitly permitted.
• jilid reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom if it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, collusion, or any other form of fraudulent activity.

All games offered on jilid are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. By participating in any game, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

General Gaming Conditions:

• All bets placed on jilid are final once confirmed. jilid does not accept requests to cancel or reverse confirmed wagers except in cases of a verified technical malfunction.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or system error that affects the outcome of a game, jilid reserves the right to void the affected round and refund all wagers placed during that round.
• jilid uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. These limits may be adjusted by jilid at any time.
• jilid reserves the right to void bets and withhold winnings where there is reasonable evidence of exploitation of a software error, collusion, or any other form of cheating.

jilid's decision on all gaming matters — including the outcome of any game, the validity of any wager, and the application of game rules — is final and binding, subject to the dispute resolution process described in these Terms.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jilid platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Underage Gambling: Attempting to register or play while under 21 years of age, or facilitating underage gambling by sharing account credentials.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating or operating more than one jilid account, whether personally or through a third party.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker-style games.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose, including systematic low-risk wagering designed solely to clear wagering requirements.
• Money Laundering: Using jilid for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to interact with jilid games or services.
• Hacking and Exploitation: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to jilid's systems, exploit software vulnerabilities, or interfere with the platform's normal operation.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorized chargebacks or payment reversals with your bank or payment provider in relation to jilid transactions.

jilid is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your jilid account.
• Session Time Limits: Configure reminders or hard limits on the duration of your gaming sessions.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or longer).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the jilid platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

jilid reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any account where we have reasonable grounds to believe that a player may be experiencing gambling-related harm, without prior notice to the player.

All content on the jilid platform — including but not limited to the jilid name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the exclusive property of jilid or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jilid platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any jilid content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on jilid content.
• Use jilid's trademarks, logos, or branding in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the jilid platform.

Any unauthorized use of jilid's intellectual property may result in account termination and may expose you to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jilid, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the jilid platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of gaming funds resulting from technical malfunctions, connectivity issues, or force majeure events.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Interruptions to the platform's availability due to scheduled or emergency maintenance.
• Decisions made by you in reliance on information provided on the platform that proves to be inaccurate or incomplete.
• Any losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms.

jilid's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jilid account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jilid collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using jilid, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jilid complies with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

jilid reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jilid will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulation.

Your continued use of the jilid platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using jilid and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and jilid, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team to seek an amicable resolution. jilid will endeavor to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. For gaming-related disputes, the decision of jilid's gaming compliance team — made in good faith and in accordance with applicable regulations — shall be considered final and binding, subject to any applicable regulatory review.
